Salt Hair Booking Policy
We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you are running late, we may not be able to perform your complete service. It is important to appreciate that our salon runs on exact times to avoid inconveniencing our scheduled appointments. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you may be requested to pay a 50% deposit at the time of your next booking.
Please kindly note we have a 7 day notification policy if you do not like something about your hair. We do not offer refunds. A consultation would be required to ensure enough time is booked out for any correction and is free of charge.
